My family can afford a maximum of $17,000 per year.I’m from India and would take the SAT1 in October (expecting around 2300 out of 2400) and SAT2 in November.I would apply as a Transfer or Freshman(if elligible) for Fall 2009.So could anyone please tell me about Aerospace Engineering colleges in USA, that offer high scholarships (full, or that bring down the cost below $17000 per year) to INTERNATIONAL Students or the cost of attendance is $17,000 or below per year?
