Where Can I Find A Scholarship For An Exchange Year?


My sister returned this summer from 10 months in Germany as a foreign exchange student. Are there any other countries that offer SCHOLARSHIPS?
I would like to learn more french because at the moment i’m in my 3rd year French class but i wish to actually LEARN the language. The other thing, also, is that I’m currently 17 but i’ll be turning 18 this upcoming January and many scholarships i look at only do certain ages.
Can anyone help?

    idk ..i wana do da same thing
    i wana actually major in like history or cultures or something..i love traveling.
    i no colleges love good test scores and lots of community service!
    u can research it..and look at colleges ffor scholorships.. dey only give out a certain numba tho..and u gotta do it early =)
