I go to school on an Air Force base i will graduate 2012. My dream is to get a volleyball scholarship to UCLA. Since, i go to school so far away from everything, what is the chances I’d get someone out here to see me play if i was good enough!?!

It really depends on how good you are. If you ARE good enough, you will have to get involved, because they may not hear about you.
Send in a video and let them know you are interested. Get in contact.

I do not want to discourage you, but the chances are really very slim. Not because you go to a small out to the way school. UCLA averages 3 scholarships a year. And they have thousands of players wanting to go there.
You need to go on the ucla website and register. You need to do this soon. (3rd link below) This page will help you find out the specifics that UCLA is looking for.
You NEED to play club volleyball. It may be expensive and you may have to travel some distance to get to the nearest club. (4th link) You really have no chance unless you play USAV club. Most colleges do their recruiting during the big USAV qualifiers. I have heard that some of the tournaments have nearly 200 coaches registered.
You should go on the ncaa websites below to see what you need to do to get a scholarship. Read the Student Guide. It also has great information.
You will need to find someone to videotape you. You will need to prepare a short video with an introduction by you, your goals and then video of you practicing some skills and some match footage. Do not make it hours long. If you know someone that has video editing capabilities, have them edit your tape. And have them highlight you. You can put a good starter video on YouTube as link #5 below. It is just 5 minutes and is practice. As I said, it is a good starter video. You should put together about a 20 minute video for the schools of your choice.
You can get recruited to UCLA, but it will be a lot of hard work. Good luck.
