Does anyone know where I can find a list of all the colleges that offer programs in special education?

Preferably in New York state. I have looked everywhere and can’t seem to find a list of places that offer special education classes! I need to take 12 credits to be certified (I already have a childhood 1-6 cert) and it’s been really hard to find classes. Thanks
