Did Barack Obama have scholarships to Columbia and Harvard Law School?

I have searched on Google and they only say he attended and graduated from those schools. It is not addressed in his books.

Are scholarships and grants available for medical school applicants?

I am an employed chemical engineering graduate, but have long considered going into medicine. How would I support myself for the 4+ years before I’d be paid for my medical degree? I have very good credentials and would love to get a scholarship or full-ride at a good medical school.
