Are there any graduate music schools that offer full scholarship for their pupils?

…like Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia? But Curtis only has undergraduate program, doesn’t it? Are there any music schools with graduate/post-graduate program that offer full scholarship just like Curtis?
…especially for voice/opera?
