Is it possible to get a scholarship if you aren’t right out of high school?

I have been attending a community college since I got out of high school. I want to transfer to a four-year school to finish up my degree, but I can’t afford to go. Is it possible to get a scholarship to a school now, or is that just for people graduating high school?

Is it possible for me do graduate studies in Education, while I have a undergradute degree in Philosophy?

How Can You Afford Us College With As Little Student Loans In Later Life As Possible?
