help! Law school or Graduate school (PhD) in the sciences???

The main state law school from where I am from – full tuition scholarship renewable every years as long as in good standing- 3 year commitment

*I am majoring in theatre
* The program is a traveling school (Arezzo, Brussels, Berlin, and Venice)
*I am an African-American male
*I have tried both Fulbright and Rotary club scholarships
*My parents can’t really cosign loans. (in attempts to re-establish their own credit.)

tax help! received graduate school fellowship (scholarship) and have no idea how to report it?
