Scholarships based on ACT scores?


I’m starting to look for scholarships since I am graduating from high school in may ‘08. I know that some colleges have minimum ACT scores and some have scholarships for people with certain scores. But is there a scholarship available for use at any school for any major that is based solely on ACT scores.
Or is there a scholarship based solely on ACT scores for use at any school for people to plan to be ESL teachers?
