    sounds like you are planning to study abroad. Be aware that a lot of scholarships are not available to foreigners, though some specifically are. It may be easier to get a scholarship from an organization in your country in order to study abroad than getting one from your destination country.
    As far as I am aware in Germany you would not study jewelry making at a university, you would go to a trade school or become an apprentice. (German art schools are pretty conceptually oriented). You would need a good working knowledge in German for that. They would only admit you to learn after passing some language test.
    In the US you can enroll in a BA or BFA program for jewelry and metalsmithing at a university. Every university is going to have different scholarships available. Generally, there are going to be so many preconditions for various scholarships (like what grades, what citicenship, what sex, need for letters of recommendation) that only you have the info to look properly. If it is not worth your time looking for yourself, you probably don’t have the time and interest for studying anyway…
