PILIPINAS: what is the least expensive but still good quality school for graduate studies?

anyone knows of a good quality but not expensive school for graduate studies? (pref. MA in English, linguistics, MAED, or MAT etc..)
also, do you know of any org or any politician-backed foundation perhaps who would offer scholarship?
and btw, the school should be around quezon city or manila.

Is it possible to go from an assosiates in biology to a batchlors in nursing?

I am in my third semester of community college. And trying to match up my science electives with that of the nursing programs at NJ colleges. Specifically Ramapo. Trouble is I am in the NJ STARS program, which means I only have 2 more semesters to get out of Community College with an Associates. That is the only way I can take advantage of the NJ STARS II scholarship. Will nursing programs accept me. What would be the best path from here?
