I am hoping to participate in this program in the summer of 2008. How easy was it to obtain financial aid and scholarships? Was language an issue? What about the presentations to the other Lions Clubs? Would you reccomend staying with one host family or multiple? Did the host family have children of the same age as you? And which country would you suggest (Japan, Australia, Finland)?
Any thoughts, feelings, and opinions are welcome…from host families, exchangees, etc. Thanks!
