There are no scholarships for post graduate studies but citizens can get research grants. What you need to score would be very different to what we would. We actually do our HSC and get a UAI to admission to uni. You would be doing something entirely different. Your admission would be mostly granted on your ability to pay. As an international student you must pay full fee (which is more then the Australian full fee as it's subsidized) and each semester in advance. You're looking at $10,000 + per year. It's not 'easy' to get any job at the moment. Most uni students do hospitality and retail work and get around $20 an hour. Only Australian citizens can get scholarships for under graduate degrees.
