There are NZAID scholarships available from the New Zealand government – unfortunately Armenia is not a qualifying country. However, some of the Universities themselves offer scholarships for international students.
Otago University (Dunedin)
Victoria University (Wellington)
Auckland University (when I checked the links within this page weren’t working – I assume they’ll be fixed)
Canterbury University (Christchurch) and
Lincoln University (near Christchurch)
There are three other New Zealand universities – Massey (Palmerston North) AUT (Auckland) and Waikato University (Hamilton) – but I didn’t find any scholarships that seem to fit your situation.
