I have some knowledge of applying to Masters' Programs in the USA. Firstly, you need to decide which University you wish to apply to. Secondly, look up that University on the internet and see what steps you have to take to gain admission to your selected program. Most Universities in the USA will have detailed information about admissions,Scholarships,Bursaries,Fellow… etc on-line.
