Very frustrating situation.
You need to know your rights contact child services and ask them for advice and or who to contact- this is necessary.
There definitely is something driving his serious threats and behavior.
Most likely a sense of failure.
Please get the movie Fireproof- it’s something both of you need to see.
Even if he won’t watch it, you watch it.

as long as a mother is fit to care for the child he cant take the child away…if you are proven to be an unfit mother then he can….and if your child is a us citizen and you are caring for the child then you wont get deported for the benifit to the child

Get one of your local phone books, and look up attorney’s. Most of them offer a free consultation. So find one that does, then go in and tell them what’s going on and they will let you know if you have any chance or what your chances/options are.

You need to get him to change & the way to do that is to see him wanting to be with you & the baby where you are at. You loved him once & saw something good so see that now. It will change & pray for him to have good mental health.
