We came to the Us around2-3 years ago and I think we are still illegal. We are from Asia and my parents never talk to me about this crap because they said they’ll take care of it. Only my mom has a SSN and I THINk we might be on a visa but not sure. I cant even get a drivers license neither can my bro and we are bout to go to college soon so yeah can we still go to college? Does it take longer to get a greencard or a SSN if you came here illegaly or in a visa? my parents say, it takes time but they have said that for so long, I need these cause my bro and I applied for scholarships and if we dont have thse we wont get them. Until you determine how you got here (with or without a visa), and what your status is now, there’s nobody here, or anywhere, who can give you any advice. Sorry.

If your parents came here on a visa, and it has run out then you are all illegal in the US.
~You are not allowed a SSN if you are not legal, you are not allowed to go to college without a SSN and student visa.
~You can not apply for scholarships as you are illegal and funding is only available to Legals and US citizens.
~You can NOT get a driving license with paperwork and SSN.
~You are illegal so you can not apply for a green card or work visa (both have to be sponsored).
Basically your mother has to be blamed for your current situation, as she knew what would happen coming here illegally.
