i am an Oracle Certified professional. I studdied at NIIT Ghana. I want to have a degree in computer science and supsequenly my masters degree in the USA. I need a full scholarship because funding is a problem. I am in Ghana and a Ghanaian. Please tell me how to do it and what is need for it.
