You don’t need a guardian as long as your parents live and can act in that role. It is not necessary that they are in the same country as you. They can always ask the school to act in their place without officially naming somebody your guardian.
You will need the consent of your parents to go to boarding school – independent where that boarding school is. And you will need somebody to pay at least for board and lodging.
My suggestion would be to find out which boarding schools might be interesting for you. Then inquire at these schools about the possibilities of admission of foreign students and if there are any sponsorship programs or scholarships available. Since you are planning to go there in approx 2 to 3 years you have enough time to prepare properly and to make sure your grades meet the required standards.

Who do you expect to pay for it? Most boarding schools in Britain are private schools and attending them usually costs a lot of money.
If your parents are paying for it, I can’t see how you can avoid them not having a say in it.
