    Politically Correct Says:

You will not get any US government funding. You might try in your home country.
Or apply only to US universities that are keen to attract international students. Generally the better funded universities will have the ability to offer loans or scholarships to students they want. To get funding this way you will need to be in the top 5% of their applicant pool so you will have to lower your sights a little.
Tick the box that says you will apply for financial aid and send in the application. See what they say.

    sandi Q Says:

Start doing some serious research on the internet. There’s lots of information out there.
Go to the US Embassy or Consulate in a town or city near you. Speak to the Cultural Affairs officer there: that person will have lots of helpful information for you.
