i am a first class honours graduate(3.71) with a dip in Civil. My local university applications ( upu) was rejected. I have appealed but I am looking at opportunities overseas ( uk, australia, anywhere where environmental engineering is the focus). I need advice on applications and i would rather not burden my parents and get a scholarship award. Please advice on getting scholarships. I was on the JPA scholarship during Dip prog in UTM.
