This thing is way to long. It should be no longer than one page. A resume gets only 30 seconds time on average. Employers don't want to read a book. You should 'tease' them in to calling you for an interview then you can give them more details.
Cut the objective statement and put that information on your cover letter.
Cut some of the job duties that are obvious to the job title.

it looks very good. you are very accomplished for your age (assuming you are young). I would only take out the expanded explanation of what micro soft office entails and put in Microsoft office suite.
everyone knows what is in the suite.

You have wayyy too much on there, hun.And I dont like your objective AT ALL..I doesn't seem sincere...It amost like u copied it from somewhere, word for word. You have alot of information and experience..I think u need to figure out what is relevant for the position you're applying for.

Well, I use to do the hiring at an employment agency so I have seen tons of resumes. AND I also had mine submitted recently to someone that professionallly edited mine so here we go.
First: Erase the bottom were it talks about the references. An employer already knows references will be furnished upon request.
SECOND: change the places of your skills and education. Employers want to see what you know first. Because most of the time they just glance through hundreds and you want to make sure they see what you have to offer.
Third: Be sure to include all your contact information at the top center
Fourth: Mention your awards last
Fifth: Make sure to bold all of your subjects. IE: skills, objective etc.
HOPE THIS HELPS

Objective - pretty good but a little verbose. Try changing "utilize" to just 'use' and say "...existing knowledge to benefit society." Sometimes simple is okay.
Education looks good.
Work Experience - the first entry is a bit long. If you can combine some of the bullets, or pick out three or for of the main responsibilities, that would be better. Just make it more concise.
You may also want to be more specific on some of the bullets - if "assisted the minister..." is important, say what you actually did to "assist."
Also, run spell check because there is at least one word spelled incorrectly.
In International Accomplishments - I think it is more important what you did rather than who attended the event. Highlight YOU, not the attendees or specifics of the event.
Good Luck!

Great resume - nice work - my only suggestion is that you summarize your work a bit more and try to quantify some of your bullet points more. (i.e. how many files were you responsible for, how big were conference - results of them, what quantitative goals did you play a part in, etc) Other than that good luck with your future career search. Here are some resources to help (some humorous, some not)....http://www.hrworld.com/features/25-thing…http://www.hrworld.com/features/intervie…
