Can I receive a NROTC scholarship if I have already graduated high school?

I graduated from HS this past spring 2009, I have almost finished my first semester at a community college. I plan on transferring to a 4-year college with a NROTC program. Would I be able to receive a NROTC scholarship still? I’ve heard mixed answers. Thanks.
