Probably not. Most of the scholarships that students at USA college have are subsidized or provided by the US government and are only available to US citizens and legal immigrants.
There are some scholarships that are privately funded, but the competition for these is huge, and you would have to be one of the best students in India to get a chance to win one.
On the other hand, some colleges in the USA do not cost too much to attend. I don’t mean the famous ones like Harvard or Yale or Duke or Stanford – they all cost a huge amount…. but there are some state universities and community colleges that are inexpensive by American standards.
You will still need $1000s of dollars per year to be able to afford to attend…..

Not sure… try checking up on certain schools. Go to www.Collegeboard.com Put in all of your preferences and you’ll find all of the schools that meet those requirements. It really helped me and I LOVE my school
