Does anyone know any FULL scholarship college grant for aspiring people who live outside the North Carolina Country. Like People from asia.
I was looking up for college scholarships but they are mostly for NC resident and if not they only give few amounth for college fee. And what I was looking for is a college who would give privilege to issue a student visa so people from asia can get a chance to study in any college at North Carolina but i cant found any 
or maybe in california colleges too… does anyone of you knows any school university or colleges that offer people from outside america a privilege to get a student visa please contact me thank you (^_^)

A full scholarship for someone from Asia? You better be an academic star, a member of your country’s math/physics/chemistry Olympia team, for example. If so, you may go to even Harvard or MIT for free if your family is really poor. Otherwise, just forget abou it!
